With reference to my application for training at American International Institute of Polygraph (South Africa) that will present Basic Polygraph Training in collaboration with the American International Institute of Polygraph, I hereby accept and agree to the following conditions of enrolment:

All provisions of the current AIIP policy will apply to my enrolment and status as a student. American International Institute of Polygraph (South Africa) may make such changes in the programme of instruction, location, facilities, etc., as it feels will improve the programme.

Tuition fees for the Basic Polygraph Course are payable in advance. A deposit of R5000-00 is to be paid ASAP to assure my enrolment for the course. I further understand and agree that no documentation of training will be issued until all financial obligations to American International Institute of Polygraph (South Africa) are satisfied.

Attendance is at the discretion of the Director, subject to the tuition refund provisions as set out in the Course bulletin.
